Today we&#8217;re looking back to this engaging talk by <a href="https://twitter.com/barryoreilly?lang=en">Barry O&#8217;Reilly</a> from #mtpcon London 2017 on how high-performance organisations innovate at scale.
In his talk, Barry says to not focus on how others operate when looking to innovate at scale. Look at what you do and how that can improve the organisation. A simple change is to become a better leader by asking better questions rather than trying to come up with better answers.

Barry encourages us to think about the systems around us — rather than the people — to innovate a scale. “The ability to innovate at scale shouldn’t be dependent on a single team — it has to be embedded across and the responsibility of all teams,” he says, “you have to listen and learn from the lessons of others and then apply them to your own domain.”
